Board of Governors – Change of Chairperson

The Board of Governors of Dundalk Grammar School CLG is pleased to announce that from 1st January 2020 Mr. Graeme B. Treadwell BSc., MBA., shall become the new Chairperson. 

A past student of Dundalk Grammar School, Graeme has worked in the FMCG industry for the past 20 years. 

In more recent times his special emphasis has been in the development of global-supply networks for leading vendors into world-wide retailers. 

A native of County Louth he continues to live in the county and is married to Amanda. They have two young children.

Graeme has said : “As a past pupil I know the school campus very well, though the school and its facilities have grown tremendously in the last couple of decades. In school planning nothing ever stands still and I look forward to leading the Governors along new roads that will enhance this school’s paramount position in secondary education.” 

Outgoing Chairperson, Alison Bothwell recently indicated her wish to step down after five years at the helm and commented : “The Governors wish Graeme every success in this key role, and look forward to supporting him as the school continues to grow.
