Mr Rory McKeague, appointed Deputy Principal from 1st September 2016

Mr Rory McKeague has been named as Deputy Principal designate of Dundalk Grammar School from 1st September 2016.

A native of County Antrim, Mr McKeague is a BSc (Hons) Mathematics graduate of Queens University Belfast.  After undertaking his Post Graduate Certificate in Education at Queens, Mr McKeague began his teaching career in Northumberland in the North East of England.  His career progressed in the UK when he was promoted to Mathematics Advisor for County Durham.

Mr McKeague held the position of Assistant Principal in George Stephenson High School, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, before returning to Ireland in 2007 to join the Mathematics Department at Dundalk Grammar School.  Mr McKeague holds a first class honours Masters degree in Education from University College Dublin.
