History Trip

In December First Form students visited the County Museum, Dundalk, to view the exhibition Raiders, Traders and Innovators – The Vikings and County Louth.

Featuring objects from the National Museum and the County Museum’s own collection the exhibition highlights the nature and extent of Viking activity under a variety of different topics.  Curator Mr. Brian Walsh welcomed the students and provided them with worksheets to assist their understanding of the impact of the Vikings on County Louth.
