Architecture Success: DGS in Top Ten

Congratulations to 5th Year Students (Thomas Campell, Lucy Van Dijk, Barry Faulkner and Kaleb Honer) who participated in last year's architectural design competition for schools organised by the Irish Architecture Foundation. 

The students were supported in this endeavour by architects Ryan Hamill and Eoin Mc Elroy of IDIR Architecture.  Ryan attended DGS as a student from 1997 - 2003.  Their work was one of the ten entries short-listed (from 1,500 students in 90 schools working with 120 architects) for exhibition at the National College for Art and Design in Dublin.

A Space for Learning Exhibition now runs until January 29th (closed Dec18th – Jan2nd) in the National College of Art & Design Gallery at 100 Thomas Street, Dublin 8 10am-5pm Mon-Sat (Free admission, All welcome).
