Reopen Thursday 9th
School will reopen on Thursday 9th December. (House exams for 5th and 6th; Normal classes 1st - 4th Years ; Junior School also open).
The extensive snowfall means that students will need to exercise care in moving around the grounds until next Monday at least. Parents are asked to check that students are wearing sensible footwear providing significant grip and warmth.
Boarders who are presently at home may return to school at any time on Wednesday. The option also remains to return on Thursday morning.
School management would like to acknowledge the efforts of the caretaking staff who have been working tirelessly to keep the school grounds safe over the past week. We would also like to express our thanks to the many teachers who leant a hand with the removal of snow and ice from paths on Wednesday 8th December. (See the photographs in the media gallery).
